The Faris family has called Vancouver home for more than 40 years, and in that time has developed some of the most exciting real estate in the city. Other exceptional real estate companies founded by the family include Intrawest, of Whistler Blackcomb fame, and Cascadia Homes.
Our CEO and Founder, Nabih Faris, is an engineer. His background was vital in creating a company that values quality construction and ensures that our team is completely involved in every step of the development process. This is why Intergulf self performs its own construction, working directly with best-in-class designers and trades to ensure the highest quality product.
The family, now multi-generational, has taken its philosophy from Vancouver, to Alberta and the United States.
