Nabih A. Faris
Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
With extensive experience in the
development industry and the oil and gas sector, Nabih
has led the Intergulf team through continuous growth
and innovative projects. He is a graduate of the University
of Alberta (1973) and is a member of the American
Institute of Chemical Engineers and former member of
the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists
and Geophysicists of Alberta. He currently serves as
a director for two publicly traded companies, Penn West
Petroleum Ltd. and Result Energy Inc.

Joe H. Werner
Chief Operating Officer
With over 30 years of experience
in real estate development, Joe has compiled an extensive
portfolio of developments throughout Western Canada.
Prior to joining Intergulf, he was the Director of Acquisitions
and Development for Co-operators Development Corporation.
Joe now plays a major role in the company’s strategic
planning, growth direction, and portfolio development
in California.

Hareesh S. Sara
Chief Financial Officer
Hareesh graduated from the University
of British Columbia’s Commerce Program in 1987
and completed his Masters of Business Administration
in 1992. Hareesh was previously with the international
firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he obtained his
Chartered Accountant designation (1990). He is responsible
for all financial, treasury and accounting activities
and plays a strong role in the evaluation of acquisition
opportunities.

Walter M. Moroz
Vice-President Development
Wally received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada, in 1964 and has been a Member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia since 1969.
His portfolio includes projects in Canada, U.S.A. and various other Countries
-with many Architectural Design Awards to his credit. Prior to joining Intergulf, Wally was sole principal in the very successful firm of W. M. Moroz Architects Ltd. for over 25 years.

Kim N. Reynolds
Vice-President Construction
Kim was trained in the UK as a Quantity
Surveyor (Construction Cost Consultant) and obtained
a Bachelor of Science degree in that subject. His work
experience comprises time spent with a number of General
Contractors before spending over 13 years as a Project
Manager in the Construction Division of the major international
property developer, Slough Estates. He is also a longstanding
Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
At Intergulf, Kim oversees the construction teams in
Alberta, British Columbia, and California and takes
great pride ensuring that the highest levels of quality
are met in our communities.

Ron J. Sydor
Acquisitions
With over 15 years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate
industry, Ron brings a thorough knowledge of negotiating property
acquisitions and dispositions to the Intergulf team. Prior to joining
Intergulf, Ron spent 10 years with CB Commercial and 5 years with the Royal
Lepage Commercial office developing successful working relationships within
both the Institutional and private investor sectors. As Intergulf expands its development interests across Canada, Ron's role will involve sourcing and analyzing future development opportunities. |
